Jeff’s expertise in aerial reconnaissance and autonomous systems comes from years of hands-on experience in high-stakes environments. With a 13-year career in the U.S. Navy, Jeff retired as a Chief Petty Officer in 2024 after serving on SEAL Team ONE and Special Reconnaissance Team ONE. Deploying across the Middle East and Indo-Pacific, he excelled in intelligence gathering, reconnaissance, and advanced surveillance, often integrating UAV technology. Now in his third year as CEO, Jeff has successfully guided Brecourt Solutions in autonomous security innovation, balancing business strategy and technical advancement. Under his leadership, Brecourt Solutions has become a leader in the field, setting new standards for UAV-based security and defense solutions.
Ryan Jarvis
Chief Aviation Officer
Ryan Jarvis designs, builds, and fields mission-critical unmanned aircraft for defense, security, and law-enforcement operations. A former Naval Aviator and U.S. Naval Special Warfare UAS Officer in Charge, he spent 20 years in the Navy advancing tactical drone capabilities and training U.S. government and allied teams to deploy UAS in complex, high-risk environments.

Ryan has built 800+ UAVs—making him one of the industry’s most prolific hands-on developers—and his work spans tactical deployment, ISR, and advanced mission integration. As Chief Aviation Officer and a founding team member at Brecourt Solutions, he leads development of autonomous, threat-response UAV systems used for defense and public-safety missions. Sabri holds an S.M. in Aeronautics & Astronautics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and a B.S. in Astrophysics from the University of New Mexico. With a deep background in autonomous systems, he has applied his expertise to cutting-edge UAV development, integrating AI-driven solutions across defense, aerospace, and commercial applications. He is a co-founder of NewMexico.ai, a for-profit organization focused on advancing AI adoption in New Mexico’s business and technology sectors. NewMexico.ai is also a key enabler of the New Mexico Energy Technology Incubator, helping to drive innovation in UAV applications for energy, security, and infrastructure monitoring. Sabri has developed autonomous UAVs and robotic systems for high-profile projects, including a Ridley Scott production, AI vs Humans, where he built self-targeting aerial and ground-based robots equipped with human detection and tracking capabilities. His work has also contributed to IBM’s Cognitive Dress project, as well as innovative AI-driven advertising and autonomous technology initiatives.
Beyond his engineering and entrepreneurial efforts, Sabri has competed on the show BattleBots with Team Ghost Raptor. He has been interviewed by Wired and AdAge and has spoken at CES Las Vegas, VIVA Technology Paris, and the Fast Company Innovation Festival, among other industry events.

At Brecourt, she oversees the backend and edge platforms powering secure remote drone operations, low-latency video streaming, and advanced data/ML workflows. Her leadership drives the design and implementation of Brecourt’s AWS data platform, analytics pipelines, and secure device-management systems.
Prior to joining Brecourt, Larissa served as Senior Director of Data Operations at Fandango, where she led business intelligence engineering and data operations for Fandango, Rotten Tomatoes, and Vudu. She has also held leadership roles at Ameresco, EPS Corp, and D+H, delivering enterprise platforms in energy management and financial services.
With deep expertise in AWS, Python, SQL, and machine learning pipelines, Larissa is recognized for building scalable platforms, mentoring high-performing teams, and aligning complex technical systems with business goals.
Stefan Amundarain

Stefan Amundarain is an experienced UAS operator with a strong background in commercial drone applications. He earned his degree in Aeronautical Management Technology with a concentration in Unmanned Aircraft Systems from Arizona State University, where he developed a foundation in both the technical and operational aspects of UAS.

Wade Gibson, a former U.S. Navy intelligence officer, is a security industry executive and attorney. Wade is currently Vice President for Field Sales and Installation at ADT, the nation’s largest security company; previously, he was Chief Revenue Officer at Brinks Home Security.

Prior to working in the security industry, Wade practiced corporate law at Troutman Pepper Locke and served as Chief of Staff of the Rhode Island Executive Office of Commerce. In Rhode Island, much of Wade’s efforts focused on growing the state’s defense innovation base. Wade worked closely with General Dynamics, Raytheon, and the U.S. Naval Undersea Warfare Center, the service’s center of excellence for unmanned underwater vehicles.
In the Navy, Wade supported the Chief of Naval Operations’ Strategic Studies Group, which conducted one of the earliest comprehensive studies on the potential of AI and autonomous systems to change U.S. Navy operations and doctrine. Wade also served on the headquarters staff of Commander, Seventh Fleet and deployed to the Horn of Africa as part of a combined joint task force tracking Chinese activities and terrorist threats to U.S. assets in the region.

His expertise in command & control (C2), surveillance, and battle management systems makes him a key strategic asset in advancing Brecourt Solutions’ UAV technology for defense and security applications.As Deputy Program Manager for the $8 billion-per-year Ballistic Missile Defense System at the Missile Defense Agency (MDA), Gary led multi-billion-dollar defense initiatives for the U.S., NATO, and allied forces. He played a critical role in developing and deploying mission-critical defense solutions, providing him with deep expertise in integrating emerging technologies for military operations.
Since retiring from the Air Force, Gary has been a trusted aerospace and defense consultant, advising companies on technology strategy, government acquisition, and logistics transformation. He serves as Chairman of the Board for nLogic and advises multiple emerging security and autonomous technology firms.With degrees in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Lowell and a Master’s in National Resource Strategy, Gary brings unmatched leadership in scaling defense innovation. A Life Member of the Air Force Association (AFA) and National Defense Industrial Association, he remains actively engaged in shaping the future of autonomous security and national defense technologies.

Dr. Wayne Strasser’s expertise is an invaluable asset to Brecourt Solutions, providing high-level guidance on product development, R&D strategy, and industry partnerships.
As a full Professor of Mechanical Engineering at Liberty University, he brings deep technical knowledge and engineering expertise that help shape Brecourt’s technology. Before academia, Dr. Strasser has 25 years of industry experience, solving complex fluid dynamics, chemical reaction, and phase change challenges for global partners, driving efficiency gains worth tens of millions annually. Meesh Pierce is a technology strategist, product development expert, and business innovator with over 25 years of experience in digital transformation, governance, and strategic growth.With an MBA from Wharton, Meesh has led high-impact initiatives at Fandango, Ticketmaster, and Daimler, where she developed enterprise software platforms, optimized operations, and built high-performing teams. Her expertise in scaling technology-driven companies, integrating emerging tech into business strategy, and streamlining operations makes her uniquely positioned to help Brecourt Solutions commercialize its UAV-based security innovations and drive strategic growth. Meesh has worked directly with C-suite executives to turn around businesses, integrate data-driven technologies, and launch digital platforms. Ryan Kasprzak, MBA (University of Chicago Booth), is a pricing, strategy, and financial expert with extensive experience scaling growth-stage businesses and optimizing go-to-market strategies.
As Chief Financial Officer, North America at SquareTrade, he leads financial operations, pricing strategy, and business expansion for a multi-billion-dollar enterprise. His expertise in monetizing technology, financial modeling, and strategic planning makes him a valuable asset in helping Brecourt Solutions commercialize its UAV-based security solutions. Ryan spent nine years at Bain & Company, specializing in pricing, market strategy, and business transformation. He later held strategy and pricing leadership roles at Asurion, a global leader in technology protection and insurance solutions. In 2016, he joined Brecourt co-founder Dave Forman at ForeverCar as Chief Operating Officer, where he helped refine and scale its digital extended warranty platform. In 2019, Ryan joined Kingfisher Mobile as Chief Commercial Officer, where he helped grow the insurtech start-up to over $100M in annual revenue before it was sold to SquareTrade. Ryan holds a Master’s in Economics from Northwestern University, an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth, and was a Fulbright Scholar at the University of Frankfurt, Germany. His deep expertise in financial strategy, pricing, and business operations supports Brecourt Solutions’ mission to expand its security and UAV technology into commercial and defense markets.
Frank G. Fernandez is a retired Chief of Police with over 34 years of law enforcement and public safety leadership experience. He served as Deputy Chief of Police and Chief of Operations for the Miami Police Department, holding key roles in SWAT, Narcotics, Tactical Operations, and Community Affairs.
Post-retirement, he became Police Chief and Assistant City Manager for Public Safety in Hollywood and Coral Gables, Florida, overseeing police, fire, emergency management, and more than 60% of municipal operations. As President of Blueprints 4 Safety Strategies Group LLC, he provides expert witness testimony, vulnerability assessments, and executive coaching. Frank has served on high-profile investigations, including the DOJ’s review of the Uvalde school shooting, and held leadership roles in the International Association of Chiefs of Police and the National Tactical Officer’s Association. He holds advanced degrees, Lean Six Sigma certification, and FBI National Executive Institute credentials. Frank will leverage his extensive law enforcement leadership experience and national network to advocate for Brecourt’s drone technology, secure pilot programs with police agencies, and align the solution with critical public safety needs.
Dr. Mark Cappelli, Professor, Stanford University, brings world-class expertise in mechanical engineering, physics, and aerospace sciences to Brecourt Solutions, helping shape advanced UAV technology and security applications.
As Co-Director of the Engineering Physics Program at Stanford University, he provides critical insight into high-performance propulsion systems, aerodynamics, and energy-efficient technologies, ensuring Brecourt’s UAV solutions are built on cutting-edge engineering principles. Professor Cappelli holds an B.Sc. in Physics from McGill along with a M.A.Sc and Ph.D. from the University of Toronto in Aerospace Science and has spent his career at the forefront of applied physics and engineering, working on plasma propulsion, fluid dynamics, and advanced energy conversion. His contributions to high-tech defense, aerospace, and robotics applications make him an invaluable resource as Brecourt continues to innovate in next-generation UAV-based security solutions.
Nuri is a serial entrepreneur and served as an Operator and Officer in the Israeli Navy SEALs and also co-founded and is Global Director of Version Bravo Ventures, early stage startup accelerator and venture fund.
After his service, he co-founded and was CEO of EXO Technologies, which was acquired by Lear Corporation, and went on to help establish and lead Lear’s Corporate Venture arm. He believes special operators are uniquely suited for entrepreneurship which led him to create Version Bravo, a entrepreneurship program for US and Israeli Navy SEALs which has graduated over 40 business since its creation in 2022.
Adam is a combat veteran and serial entrepreneur and is the co-founder and managing partner of Version Bravo Ventures, a first-of-its-kind early stage startup accelerator and venture fund investing exclusively in Veterans of Combat Units.
Following his service in the Israeli Paratroopers, Adam went on to co-found and serve as COO for several technology startups; EXO Technologies (acquired by Lear Corporation), Navmatic (Acquired by SuperPedestrian) and most recently, Sosivio, a predictive troubleshooting tool for cloud platforms. Adam also sits on numerous boards including Zancudo Mezcal and ZOOZ Fitness.
